      設計總說明
      本次畢業設計的內容是遼寧省丹東市第二高級中學宿舍樓設計,該宿舍樓是一個多層框架結構,地上六層,無地下層,總共六層.底層的層高為4.5米,標準層和頂層層高均為3.6米.建筑物的總高度為22.5米,總面積約4500平方米.根據國家現行的有關建筑結構設計規范與標準和“適用、安全、經濟、美觀”的設計原則,對宿舍樓進行了建筑與結構的初步設計,并初步獲得了該宿舍樓的結構布置方案與結構計算模型.
      本次設計主要包括建筑設計和結構設計兩個部分的內容.在建筑設計中,首先要根據建筑功能的需要對建筑進行劃分,主要包括宿舍、活動室、樓梯間、門廳、衛生間等,并完成各層建筑平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖等.在結構設計中,根據建筑功能要求及框架結構體系,確定結構平面布置圖,及估算框架梁、柱的截面尺寸,進行荷載統計,結構計算選擇有代表性的一榀框架進行計算,采用手算的簡化計算方法,其中框架在豎向荷載下的內力計算采用彎距二次分配法,水平地震作用下框架結構內力計算采用底部剪力法進行分析,風荷載作用下框架結構內力計算采用D值法進行分析。此外,還要進行內力組合分析,對梁、柱、樓梯、基礎及屋面的截面進行配筋計算。最后,采用PKPM軟件建模進行電算,考慮了框架的整體空間作用,并將電算結果與手算結果進行了比較,發現不足之處.然后再從PKPM中導出結構施工圖,包括板結構平面布置圖,基礎平面布置圖,基礎詳圖、框架梁、柱、一榀框架的配筋圖,在此基礎上進行修改.

      This design mainly includes two parts: architectural design and structural design.In the architectural design, we must first divide the building according to the needs of the building function, mainly including dormitory, activity room, staircase, entrance hall, bathroom, etc. In the structural design, according to the architectural function requirements and the frame structure system, the structural plan layout of the structure is determined, and the section size of the frame beam and column is estimated, and the load statistics and structural calculation are selected. Which is based on the simplified calculation method of hand calculation, in which the internal force calculation of the frame under the vertical load adopts the second-order distribution method of the curve, and the internal force of the frame structure under the horizontal earthquake is carried out by the bottom shear method Analysis of the internal force of the frame structure under wind load is analyzed by D value method. In addition, the internal force combination analysis, the beam, column, staircase, foundation and roof section reinforcement calculation. Finally, the PKPM software is used to model the computer, taking into account the overall spatial action of the framework and comparing the results of the calculation with the results of the calculation, and then derive the structural drawings from the PKPM, including the board structure Plane layout, foundation plan, basic details, frame beam, column, a framework of the reinforcement map, on the basis of this change.
